Géraldine, l’Arabe du Futur, comme tu l’as présenté, me fait penser à Persepolis.
Et encore un sujet de nouveau pour moi ~ Persepolis. Je ne connaissais pas ce livre avant, et maintenant je vais le chercher. Merci Maria.
De rien John. C’est très intéressant parce qu’on apprend beaucoup de choses sur la révolution islamique et la vie à Téhéran. Il faut savoir que c’était 4 volumes mais maintenant ça existe aussi en “monovolume”. En plus, on en a fait un film d’animation.
Tout à fait, Maria. Le choc des cultures est similaire et c’est aussi bien raconté.

Alors ? Tu les as lus ?
J’ai lu l’Arabe du Future tomes 1, 2 et 3 et je suis d’accord que tome 3 n’est pas aussi bon que les autres. Mais tomes 1 et 2…fantastiques ! Tellement intéressante–la vie dans le monde arabe, vu par un jeune garçon. Et, à mon avis, le français n’est pas très difficile à lire.

This video has a different pacing and feel that your other recent ones. It feels less scripted and more like the kind of conversation you might have with a friend at their house. It was nice.
